Best Wedding Planner… Ever!!

Muse saved our lives. My mom and I met Christina at her event nine months before the big day. Between our work schedules and the vision we had, we all knew we were going to need some help. Christina met with us and was able to capture our desires and worked tirelessly to make them happen. We had a very unique dream of what our day would be like and Muse embraced everything about it. On the actual day, Christina and her team were the backbone to the success of our happily ever after. The groom and I (and the rest of our families) didn’t have to worry about a thing other than our vows, our guests and having the time of our lives. We still hear about our wedding from our friends and family who tell us it was “what a wedding was supposed to be like; fun, fancy and fabulous!” We take such pride in the memories of our day but know that it wouldn’t have been nearly the event we were hoping for without Muse. Her ability to fulfill and exceed our desires and expectations was out of this world. We recommend Christina/Muse to any and everyone who is even thinking about a wedding coordinator as she can adapt to any level of planning doing as much or as little as you want her to. We couldn’t have done this without her. We are forever grateful to her and her staff… Thank you!!!

Real Weddings By Muse – Lisa & Scott

What a Wedding!  Lisa and Scott were married up on Mt Hood on a day that was simply perfection (maybe minus the wind gusts?!) and could not have managed to pull of a better ceremony or party!!

We have to say that hands down, Lisa is certainly the most talented crafty-bride we have ever had the pleasure of working with.  Lisa put together almost all of her own décor, with a flair that most brides we work with are in constant search of.  Unique.  Classic.  Fun.  Stylish.  You can actually see some of her designs on the Something Borrowed site which we LOVE!!    She truly has an eye for the vintage style and also has her own jewelry business Peca Atelier.

The pleasure of working with Cara Fischer up at Skibowl and her team was unequalled.  Being in three locations throughout the day – the getting ready house up the hill in town, the top of the mountain for the ceremony, and at the bottom of the resort for the party… We certainly had a full brigade on board that day.

Getting ready, Lisa and Scott had two beautiful homes that made hair, done by The Green Salon, and makeup, done by Face Body Beauty, a pleasure and tokens that were thoughtfully given to their wedding parties along with personally made boutonnière pins and handkerchiefs for the guys and handmade jewelry for the ladies.

The ceremony itself happens up at the most charming spot at Skibowl – a warming hut almost at the top – with a stunning view that rivals most in the NW.  Even the DJ came up during the ceremony to capture the sites! The ceremony itself happens up

Décor was all handmade and thought out thoroughly, with flowers provided by Lucky Farms and put together onsite. The Party Place helped fill in any missing rentals for the day, all of which we had to strap down from the wind and/or set back up as guests were winding their way down the Alpine Slide or chairlift… that’s right, guests, in all their finery came down true mountain style.

Paradox Productions pumped up the party and had it rocking all night long!  The evening ended with s’mores cooked tableside and moustaches for all for a fun twist to the evening and a big sendoff.

Real Weddings By Muse – Nick & Megan

On August 20th, 2011 Nick and Megan got married at Black Butte Ranch.  The ceremony had a backdrop of a gorgeous lake and snow top mountains…absolutely breath taking! Here are some qualities that Nick and Megan will always remember:

To incorporate her wedding colors into her center pieces, Megan used green apples in vases.

At each place setting there was a card placed in a folded napkin.  This was her way of asking the guests to give a tidbit of advice to the newly wed couple!

For their grand exit, they rode away on a multi-person bicycle! Fully decorated with tool, “Just Married” sign, and cans dragging on the ground! Amy at Black Butte Ranch was awesome to work with! She even got all of the event staff out of the dance floor for the electric slide!! With having a great DJ such as, Star Productions DJ, the groom, Nick, had some crazy dance moves to last all throughout the night!!!

Real Weddings By Muse – Andrea & Omar

Sun broke on Corvallis for the day of the wedding for Andrea & Omar, which was a great big bonus for everyone involved as the rain had been threatening.  Tents were ready, but we had a happy bride and groom.

At a private estate, the setting was beautifully laid out and even the deer were enjoying the landscaping.  (Challenge, but not insurmountable)

Andrea was one of the happiest and bubbliest brides we have had this year.  She was glowing with love and laughter and by the end of her wedding night, she walked off arm in arm with her new husband Omar all smiles.

Our favorite part of the their wedding was all of the unique little details were a part of every part of the wedding.   They included everything from hand painted rocks as name placements, to pictures of their dog at each place setting explaining that they had donated to a cause near and dear to their hearts.

We enjoyed working with all of the ins and outs of Andrea and Omar’s large bridal party, which can always been fun with grand numbers. The bridal party did a great job about getting people out on the dance floor. They were so good in fact that no one wanted to stop dancing at the end of the night!

We were thrilled to be able to work with such amazing vendors such as Mosca Photography, Face Body Beauty, Valley Catering, Special Occasions, Mobile Music Dj’s, Sweet Treasures Cupcakery, and florist Linda Jones.
