Wigs: The Ultimate Accessory

With Halloween just around the corner, we thought we’d play on some creative styling.  Mainstream artists are bringing back the wig days with creative, stylish and virtually limitless hairdos. Wigs are once again becoming an interesting addition to wardrobes (including ‘wild’ colored wigs, such as bubblegum pink, shocking blue or lavender).

Permanent changes in our look/ style can be a great thing (in fact, it can even be therapeutic). However, it is not very practical to make such changes, especially considering their usual high maintenance.

It could be fun, therefore to try out a wig if you’re wanting a change. It provides you with chameleon qualities, and gives you limitless options. You don’t need to go Gaga and get odd shaped and extreme wigs. There are plenty of simple and natural looking wigs, for the women who prefer the classic looks. This can make it bothersome for the summer days, but as a fall accessory, this added heating can become as asset.

Wigs are a great option to look different at every event, without too much effort.  Wigs are not always expensive: prices range drastically (from $12 to $500+) depending on color, length, material, and shape.  However, even if you decided to get a long, natural hair, or full lace wig (all of which tend to be on the pricier side), these accessories will last you a lifetime, with simple maintenance and good care.   On the other hand, a hair color/size/shape change

is not only usually pricey (especially if you seek quality in such services, which is a must), it is also very temporary (especially bold colors).

Dare to be different.
